Bankruptcy Court News – Operations During Government Shutdown
The court has been advised that there are federal judiciary funds to support continued operations through at least October 17, 2013. Even if the government shutdown continues past that date, the bankruptcy court at this time plans no changes in operations. This includes all scheduled hearings and trials, and hours for the Clerk’s Office.
