Act 181 – Notices of Continued Auctions in Judicial Foreclosure Cases

For continued judicial foreclosure auctions following June 26, 2013, there must be a one time publication of the notice of postponement no sooner than 14 days prior to the new sale date, mailing of the notice of postponement to all interested parties, announcement of the postponement at the previously scheduled sale date and posting of the notice of postponement at the property address.
